Payments for ceremonies, consultations, or healing services are generally non-refundable, as spaces are limited and reserved in advance.

If you cannot attend a scheduled ceremony or consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to reschedule your participation or provide credit toward a future event, depending on circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
