  • Clothing and other non-consumable items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Consumable & Plant Products

  • Due to the nature of our consumable products, including herbal remedies and plant-based preparations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for these items. This policy ensures the safety, integrity, and freshness of our offerings.

Ceremonies & Consultations

  • Payments for ceremonies, consultations, or healing services are generally non-refundable, as spaces are limited and reserved in advance.

  • If you cannot attend a scheduled ceremony or consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to reschedule your participation or provide credit toward a future event, depending on circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vibrasandinasancestral@gmail.com with your order details and photos. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
