Clothing & Other Items

Clothing and other non-consumable items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Consumable & Plant Products

Due to the nature of our consumable products, including herbal remedies and plant-based preparations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for these items. This policy ensures the safety, integrity, and freshness of our offerings.

Ceremonies & Consultations

Payments for ceremonies, consultations, or healing services are generally non-refundable, as spaces are limited and reserved in advance.
If you cannot attend a scheduled ceremony or consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to reschedule your participation or provide credit toward a future event, depending on circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vibrasandinasancestral@gmail.com with your order details and photos. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
