Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Vibras Andinas is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

Order Tracking

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. However, Vibras Andinas is not responsible for delays or losses once the package has been handed to the carrier.
